Sheila Mansfield Bell

Sheila Mansfield Bell has extensive experience in tax collection and administration, serving as the Tax Collector/Administrator for the City of Monroe since September 2012. Prior to this role, Sheila held the position of Tax Collector at the Town of Oak Island from June 2006 to October 2012, where responsibilities included customer service supervision. Sheila's career in tax administration began as a Tax Official in the Town of Oak Island from September 1989 to January 2004, followed by a role as Deputy Tax Collector in Mecklenburg County from January 2004 to June 2006. Sheila holds educational qualifications from Brunswick Community College and Central Piedmont Community College.
