Chris Castruita is an experienced public administration professional currently serving as a Senior Management Analyst for the City of Monrovia since July 2019. Prior roles include Management Services Supervisor/Chief Board Clerk at Citrus Heights Water District, where oversight involved Human Resources and Public Records for a district serving approximately 20,000 connections, and Management Analyst for the City of South Pasadena, focusing on Information Technology budget development and contract oversight. Chris began in public service as a Management Intern for the City Of La Canada Flintridge, assisting with administrative tasks and city communications. Earlier experience includes roles as an Accounting Technician and Office Assistant in the City of Glendora. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and American Studies, both from the University of Southern California.
