Jocelyn Torres has extensive experience in public administration, currently serving as a Management Analyst for the City of Monrovia since July 2021. Previously, Torres held positions as an Administrative Assistant for the City of San Marino and as an Office Assistant for the City of Monrovia. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from the University of La Verne, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, and multiple Associate of Arts degrees from Citrus College in fields such as English Language and Literature, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, and Liberal Arts and Sciences.
