Vincent Gillespie is a Planning Technician at the City of Monrovia since May 2018, possessing extensive experience in urban planning through previous roles as a Planning Intern at the City of Claremont and City of Temple City. Vincent's background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an Associate’s Degree in Architecture from Citrus College. Prior to pursuing a career in planning, Vincent served as a Kitchen Manager at Plaza Produce, where responsibilities included task delegation, multitasking, customer service, and employee mentorship.
