Kyle Olsen

Kyle Olsen is an experienced finance and program management professional with extensive expertise in budget formulation, training, and oversight within prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Finance Analyst for the City of Monterey since December 2022, Kyle previously held significant roles at USAID as Budget Formulation Team Manager, overseeing the development of the Agency’s annual Budget Request, and at the Peace Corps in various positions including Director of Programming and Training, Supervisory Country Desk Officer, and Deputy Training Manager. Educationally, Kyle holds an MBA in Finance and Global Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s in Secondary Education with a focus on History from the University of Maine, supplemented by a study abroad program at the University of Reading.
