Youssef Hanalla, CPA, currently serves as Finance Manager for the City of Monterey since December 2022. Previously, Youssef accumulated extensive experience as a Financial Analyst and Accountant at MCOE from April 2012 to December 2022. Earlier career roles included Chief Accountant and Senior Accountant at Travel Ways-Egypt from February 2002 to September 2010, and Junior Accountant at Futura Labs International between October 1999 and December 2001. Youssef holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from West Los Angeles Community College and Ain Shams University, completed in 1999, and graduated from El Daher High School in 1995.
