Warren Adams, MRICS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in land use and historic preservation, currently serving as the Land Use Control Administrator for the City of Montgomery since April 2023. Previously, Warren held leadership roles including Historical Resources & Cultural Arts Director for the City of Coral Gables and Preservation Officer for the City of Miami. With a background that includes positions such as Historic Preservation Specialist in Boynton Beach and Executive Director for the Broward Trust for Historic Preservation, Warren has demonstrated expertise across various municipalities. Educational qualifications include an MA (with distinction) in Conservation Studies from the University of York, a BSc in Land Economics from the University of the West of Scotland, and a Certificate in Building Construction and Management from Glasgow College of Building.
