Andre Shojaie

Andre Shojaie has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Andre is currently serving as the Chief of Agile practices and continuous improvement at Ville de Montréal since March 2019. In 2020, Andre became the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of HumanLearn, a skills accelerator company that supports organizations in their digital and organizational transformations. Andre is also an Official member and Contributor at Forbes Coaches Council, where they share insights and perspectives on Leadership Development, Business Strategy, and Innovation. In addition, Andre is a Member of the board of Advisory Council at Harvard Business Review, where they advise on content and contributes to the development of management practices. Andre is a Global DevOps ambassador at DevOps Institute. Previously, Andre worked as a Lean-Agile Trainer at Innovance - Formation and as an Enterprise Agile coach and project/program manager (Consultant) at Management Consulting. Andre also served as the Director of projects/programs - Card services at Desjardins and as a Program & project manager - Retail & Investment banking at Softeam Cadextan. Andre's expertise and contributions extend to various domains, including agile practices, coaching, training, certifications, leadership development, business strategy, and innovation.

Andre Shojaie received their Master's degree in Software Engineering and IT from EPITA: Ecole d'Ingénieurs en Informatique from 1999 to 2004.
