Benoit Turgeon has extensive experience in international business and relations, having served at Ville de Montréal since January 2006 in various senior advisory roles, including Conseiller senior en affaires économiques internationales and Conseiller en relations internationales. Prior to this, Benoit worked at the Ministère de l’Économie, de l’Innovation et de l’Énergie du Québec as Conseiller en affaires internationales from January 2004 to December 2005. Benoit holds a DESS in Administration publique from ENAP - École nationale d'administration publique, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BAA), both from Université Laval.
