Franck Ghislain Ningue

Franck Ghislain Ningue has extensive experience in project management within the water infrastructure sector. Currently serving as Chef de section Projets Majeurs at Ville de Montréal since September 2015, Franck leads the major projects division in the Service de l’Eau, focusing on multidisciplinary infrastructure projects including water treatment plants and pumping stations. Previous roles include Chef de section Bureau Projets Ouest and Chargé de projets Principal, also at Ville de Montréal, as well as various positions at SNC-Lavalin from 2008 to 2015, where responsibilities included project management and engineering. Academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering from École de technologie supérieure, a Master’s in Construction Project Management, a Project Management Professional certification from PMI, and an Engineer's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Quebec.
