Thomas Rolland

Thomas Rolland is an experienced environmental engineer currently working as an Ingénieur for Ville de Montréal since May 2024. Prior to this role, Thomas served as a Conseiller principal - Environnement at Exo – Réseau de transport métropolitain from February 2017 to May 2024, focusing on ensuring compliance with environmental laws and regulations, risk assessment for new projects, and the development of environmental policies and management systems. Thomas also has a background in project management and environmental assessment from a tenure at Golder Associates, where responsibilities included environmental characterization and site rehabilitation. Thomas began the career as a Stagiaire at SITA Remediation. Educational qualifications include an engineering degree in Environmental Sciences from École des Métiers de l'Environnement and other relevant diplomas in soil and water treatment and biological engineering.
