Jeremy Bubnick, CPRE, has a diverse work experience in the field of parks and recreation. Jeremy currently serves as the Parks & Community Services Director for the City of Moreno Valley. Prior to that, they were the Director of Parks & Recreation for the City of Lake Jackson from 2015 to 2021. Jeremy also served as the General Manager of SOUTH BAY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION from 2013 to 2014, and as the Parks & Recreation Manager for the City of Port Townsend from 2009 to 2012. Jeremy's experience also includes working as the Director of Facility Use, Aquatics, Athletics, Community Programs & Partnerships for the Peninsula School District from 2005 to 2009. Jeremy started their career as a Recreation Supervisor/Community Centers Manager for Pierce County from 2002 to 2005, and as a Recreation Specialist - Youth Services for the City of Vancouver, Washington from 1998 to 2002.

Jeremy Bubnick, CPRE has a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from Eastern Washington University, which they completed from 1992 to 1996. In 2002, they received a Certificate in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from NRPA - Marketing and Revenue Development School. From 2011 to 2015, they attended NRPA Directors School and obtained a Graduate degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies.
