Makenzie Hamrick

Makenzie Hamrick is an experienced professional currently serving as the Main Street Manager for the City of Morganton since January 2024. Prior to this role, Makenzie worked as a Field Sales and Marketing Representative at Techtronic Industries from May to December 2023, and held the position of President at Delta Zeta Sorority from November 2021 to February 2023, where leadership skills were honed through managing events and collaborating with chapter members. Additional experience includes roles such as Office Intern at Bullseye Construction Inc., Assistant Business Manager at The Appalachian, Waitress at Toscanos Bistro, Facility Supervisor at University Recreation Appalachian State, and Summer Intern at American Legion World Series Headquarters. Makenzie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Management major and a minor in Digital Marketing from the Walker College of Business at Appalachian State University.
