Matthew Thorn

Matthew Thorn has extensive legal experience, currently serving as the Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Morgantown since May 2017, while also being a Partner at Sal Sellaro Thorn Culpepper Legal Group PLLC since June 2009. Educationally, Matthew Thorn holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cooley Law School (2007-2009) and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Secondary Education and Teaching from West Virginia University (2006-2007).
