Julie Wilkinson, M.A., CAP has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Julie is currently the Director of Business Development at the City of Morris, Illinois, where they are responsible for developing the city's business development strategy and promoting economic activity in Downtown Morris. Julie Wilkinson, M.A., CAP, holds a Master of Arts degree in Speech Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Julie also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies & Spanish from Illinois College, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In addition, Julie Wilkinson holds the certification of Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) from The American College of Financial Services, which they obtained in January 2017.
