Michael Montes has a diverse work experience, starting as a Client Accounting Intern at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates in 2008. Michael then worked as a Youth Learning Coach at DREAM from 2009 to 2011. Following that, they held various roles at Harlem RBI, including Office Assistant from 2011 to 2014 and Assistant to Facilities Director from 2014 to 2015. From 2010 to 2018, Montes worked for the New York City Police Department as an Auxiliary Police Officer and later as an Auxiliary Police Sergeant. Michael also served as the Chair of Special Events/Recruitment Committee at the NATIONAL LATINO PEACE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION BRONX CHAPTER from 2019 to 2022.
