Raj Persaud

Raj Persaud has a diverse work experience in various companies. Raj began their career in 1986 at Marsh, where they held multiple finance-related roles, including Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, Compliance Manager, and Finance Manager. Raj worked there until 2012. In 2012, they joined RP Consulting Partners as a Finance & Risk Management Consultant until August 2015. Raj then worked as a Senior Consultant at QBE North America from September 2015 to February 2017. Following this, they served as a Real Estate Salesperson at Weichert Realtors Heritage Pro from April 2014 onwards. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Accountant of Planning & Community Development at the City of Mount Vernon, starting from December 2018.

Raj Persaud has obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business. Raj also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Baruch College. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Realtor from the NYS Division of Licensing in August 2022.
