Farrah Bulacan

Farrah Bulacan is an experienced planning professional, currently serving as an Associate Planner with the City of Murrieta since October 2017, following roles as Assistant Planner and Development Services Technician. Prior to this, Farrah worked as a Junior Binding Processor at Safebuilt Insurance Services for a brief period in 2017 and gained practical experience as a Planning Intern for the City of Del Mar. Farrah's background also includes tutoring for the San Dieguito Union High School District and barista work at Peet's Coffee. Farrah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies & Planning and U.S. History from UC San Diego, completed in 2017.
