Michelle Tamez

Michelle Tamez has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City of Murrieta since June 2017, after progressing through roles including Human Resources Analyst and Human Resources Technician. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Assistant at the Department of the Navy, Fleet & Family Readiness, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment assistance, personnel action processing, training facilitation, and employee relations. Michelle holds an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree from San Diego State University, in addition to an Associate's degree from Mission College.
