Rachel Hollinger is an experienced professional in emergency management and disaster preparedness, currently serving as the Director of Emergency Preparedness/Response for the California Fire Chiefs Association since January 2024. Previously, Rachel held the position of Disaster Preparedness Coordinator for the City of Murrieta and has extensive military experience with the US Air Force Reserve, where roles included Inspector General and Emergency Management NCOIC.
