Rachel Hollinger is an experienced professional in emergency management and disaster preparedness, currently serving as the Director of Emergency Preparedness/Response for the California Fire Chiefs Association since January 2024. Previously, Rachel held the position of Disaster Preparedness Coordinator for the City of Murrieta and has extensive military experience with the US Air Force Reserve, where roles included Inspector General and Emergency Management NCOIC. Rachel has also contributed to the 452 Air Mobility Wing Top 3 Association as President and served as an Emergency Management Specialist in the United States Air Force. Educational qualifications include an MBA from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's Degree in Homeland Security & Emergency Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus.
