Rick Alzaga Pe, Qsd, Qsp

Rick Alzaga, PE, QSD, QSP, is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in municipal engineering. Currently employed at the City of Murrieta since January 2020, Rick previously worked as a Civil Engineer for the City of San Marcos from April 2002 to January 2020. Rick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University, where studies took place from 1994 to 1997.
