Patrick Lloyd

Patrick Lloyd is a seasoned communication professional with extensive experience in public relations and journalism. Currently serving as Creative Services Manager for the City of Myrtle Beach since July 2024, Patrick previously held the role of Senior Account Executive at Uproar PR, where responsibilities included crafting strategic PR campaigns and building client relationships across various industries. Earlier career experiences encompass positions as Anchor/Reporter at WMBF, where Patrick delivered news broadcasts and reported stories, as well as roles at First Coast News as an Editor/Photographer. Initial journalism experience includes being the Police Reporter and News Director at UNF Spinnaker, overseeing a team for daily newscasts and reporting on campus crime. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of North Florida.
