Beverly Wiles Shotwell

Beverly Wiles Shotwell serves as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Napa since January 2022, providing advisory support on land use and planning matters while making decisions on specific land use actions. Previously, Beverly held the role of Business Manager at Colgin Cellars from August 1997 to April 2024 and served as a Commissioner on the Cultural Heritage Commission from September 2014 to August 2020, advising on historical preservation. Additional experience includes serving on the City of Napa Housing Element Advisory Board and holding committee chair positions for fundraising initiatives with organizations such as Stand for Planned Parenthood and Napa Valley Grapegrowers. Educational achievements include studies at Napa Valley College, University of California, Berkeley, University of California, Davis, WSET, and various junior colleges.
