Drew Hayes

Drew Hayes is an accomplished Associate Civil Engineer with extensive experience in structural engineering. Currently, Drew serves in this role at the City of Napa since January 2024. Prior to this position, Drew held significant roles at Bagatelos Architectural Glass Systems Inc. from June 2010 to January 2024, including Head of Structural Engineering and Structural Designer. Drew's career also includes experience as a Structural Designer at HydroScience Engineers from 2008 to 2010, and as a Project Engineer specializing in Architectural Precast at Clark Pacific from 2007 to 2008. Drew holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Structural) from California State University-Sacramento, obtained from 2009 to 2011, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of the Pacific, completed in 2007.
