Kelly Pennington

Kelly Pennington is an experienced professional in water control systems and engineering, currently serving as the Water Control Systems Superintendent and previously as the Control System Analyst at the City of Napa since September 2017. Prior to this role, Kelly worked for Westin Engineering for twelve years, holding the position of Staff Engineer. Kelly obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
