Kristen Bennett

Kristen Bennett currently serves as the HR Program Manager for Training & Organizational Development at the City of Napa since August 2025. Prior to this role, Kristen worked as a Training Specialist at ACWA JPIA, where training courses on human resources and risk management were developed and facilitated. Kristen has extensive experience in the City of Vallejo as the Human Resources Program Manager, focusing on employee performance enhancement and strategic planning. Earlier in the career, Kristen held the position of Program Development Manager at UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education, where curriculum and training programs for human services agencies were developed, providing support to a vast number of California counties. Kristen began the professional journey as a Family Services Supervisor at Merced County Human Services Agency, overseeing eligibility determination for public assistance programs. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University.
