Cathy Fournier

Cathy Fournier currently serves as the Benefits Manager for the City of Nashua, New Hampshire, beginning in June 2023. Prior to this role, Cathy spent four years as Benefits Manager at Velcro USA Inc. and held various positions at the same company from May 2009 to April 2018, starting as Benefits Coordinator and advancing to Supervisor. Additional experience includes working as an HR Consultant at HR Partners, where Cathy managed staffing and benefits administration, and as a Benefits Specialist at First Student, focusing on customer service and employee support. Cathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership, a Certificate in HR Management, and an Associate's degree in Science from Southern New Hampshire University.
