Nate L. has over two decades of experience in information technology, currently serving as the IT Manager of Technical Operations for the City of Nashua, New Hampshire since June 2004, where responsibilities include providing senior help desk support for over 1,000 city employees and overseeing the deployment and maintenance of the fire dispatch system. Prior experience includes a role as IT Support at Mount Washington Hotel from June 2000 to July 2003, where Nate L. provided help desk services and installed Cat5 networks. Nate L. holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Technology from Daniel Webster College, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
