Peter Donovan is an experienced Payroll Manager with a strong background in managing payroll services for large organizations. Since July 2016, Peter has been serving as Payroll Manager for the City of Nashua, New Hampshire, providing comprehensive payroll services for over 2,400 employees. Prior to this role, Peter held the same position at Southern New Hampshire Health from May 2014 to June 2016 and at Rockingham County from February 2008 to May 2014. Peter holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Bentley University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The Citadel. Additionally, Peter obtained the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation in 2004 and the Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation in 2013.
