Mervin Jensen

Mervin Jensen is an experienced librarian with a robust background in library services and technical assistance. Currently serving as a Senior Librarian for the City of National City since January 2014, Mervin previously held the position of Library Associate at the City of Chula Vista from August 2011 to September 2015. Additionally, Mervin worked as a Technical Services Assistant at National University from October 2005 to April 2014 and completed a Reference Librarian Internship at Southwestern Community in late 2011. Mervin's early career included a role as a Bookseller at Bookstar from January 2000 to January 2002. Mervin holds a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from San Jose State University (2009-2012) and a BA in English from San Diego State University (2005-2008).
