Pedro Garcia Jr. is an experienced economic development professional currently serving as the Economic Development Manager for the City of National City since April 2022. Previously, Pedro held the position of Director of Business Development at Procan Labs from March 2020 to March 2022. With extensive experience in various roles within municipal government, including Administrative Services Manager and Economic Development Specialist for the City of Concord, responsibilities have encompassed managing administrative offices, facilitating economic development projects, and overseeing business marketing efforts. Career began with roles in the City of Chula Vista, where Pedro contributed to economic outreach and program management. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University.
