T.e. Stephen Manganiello

Stephen Manganiello, T.E. has extensive work experience in the field of public works and engineering. Stephen began their career in 2007 as the City Traffic Engineer for the City of National City. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the city's traffic engineering operations. In 2011, they were promoted to Director of Public Works/City Engineer, a position they held until 2020. During their tenure, they successfully managed various infrastructure projects and led a team of professionals. In 2020, Stephen joined STC Traffic Inc as a Principal, where they continued to utilize their expertise in traffic engineering. In 2023, they returned to the City of National City as the Director of Public Works/City Engineer, further demonstrating their commitment to public service and their strong leadership skills in the field of engineering.

Stephen Manganiello, T.E. pursued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. From 1995 to 2000, they completed their undergraduate studies, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Stephen'seducational journey continued at the same institution, and from 2000 to 2003, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
