Benjamin Garlington

Benjamin Garlington is an experienced EMT currently working for the City of New Bedford. In addition to their role as an EMT, Benjamin is also a co-owner and head coach at CrossFit Bourne. Benjamin is a knowledgeable CrossFit L2 Trainer and USAW Sports Performance Coach. Benjamin also serves as a Program Coordinator at The Phoenix, overseeing operations in Barnstable, Plymouth, and Bristol Counties. Prior to their current positions, Benjamin has had experience in accounting roles at DMM, Inc. and xG Technology, Inc. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from Salem State University.
