Ryan Fahrmann

Ryan Fahrmann, M.A., currently serves as Sr. Director of Service Strategy and Support at Self Esteem Brands, LLC, where responsibility includes strategic planning and execution of franchisee support needs. Prior to this role, Ryan accumulated extensive experience at Target, holding several managerial positions including Sr. Manager of Target.com Guest Services and Sr. Manager of Service Strategy, where leadership covered multiple teams and initiatives aimed at enhancing guest experiences. Additionally, Ryan is a paid on-call Fire Fighter for the City of New Brighton and has a strong educational background with a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration and a Masters Certificate in Communications Management, among other degrees.
