Jenn Carlson

Jenn Carlson currently serves as a Personnel Board Commissioner for the City of New Hope, Minnesota, appointed for a three-year term beginning in January 2024. Since January 2020, Carlson has worked as a Talent and Engagement Consultant at Demand Chain, a recognized Salesforce partner. Previously, Carlson held the position of Principal HR Consultant at RoobooHR until March 2024 and was the Director of Talent Management at Xede Consulting Group from March 2015 to January 2020. Additionally, Carlson served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Northwestern and Bethel University between 2011 and 2016. Early career experience includes a role as a Senior Employee Relations/Investigations Consultant at Target from 2011 to 2015. Carlson holds a B.A. in Communication from Bethel University and a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
