Walker MacBeath

Walker MacBeath, SHRM-SCP, serves as an HR Specialist and IT Coordinator for the City of New Hope, Minnesota, since April 2016, overseeing various human resources functions and IT projects. Previously, Walker held roles in human resources and administration within the city and worked as a Marketing Production Manager at the Overture Center for the Arts. Prior to that, Walker owned The Chicken Ranch and managed development relations at the University of Wisconsin Foundation, focusing on high-value donors and fundraising initiatives. Walker began professional experience in healthcare administration, including roles at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics and Epic. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, along with various diplomas and training in baking and business.
