Beverly Abrahamson is an experienced Code Compliance Officer currently serving the City of New Smyrna Beach since January 2023 and with South Daytona City since January 2021. Previously, Beverly held the position of Code Compliance Manager and Code Enforcement Officer at the City of South Daytona from June 2018. Beverly's career in code enforcement began at Volusia County Government, where Beverly worked as a Code Enforcement Officer from August 2005 to June 2018, along with a role as Staff Assistant to the Chief Building Inspector. Beverly is also a licensed Real Estate Agent, having completed the necessary coursework through Access Academy in 1995. Education includes multiple programs at the Florida Institute of Government from 2010 to 2017.
