Jacob Cosat

Jacob Cosat currently serves as the Assistant Airport Manager for the City of New Smyrna Beach since May 2022 and has been the Principal at Cirrostratus Aviation L.L.C. since March 2018. This venture began as an aircraft detailing company and has expanded to include aircraft brokerage, consultation, and licensed airframe maintenance services. Prior experience includes roles as an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic at ATP Flight School, a Research and Development Technician at Eagle Flight Research Center, an Avionics Technician at Absolute Aviation, and service as an 11B Automatic Rifleman/Team Leader in the US Army. Jacob Cosat holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and has degrees in Aviation Maintenance Science and Business Management from the same institution, along with an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management from Daytona State College.
