Angela Zhang

Angela Zhang, FMP, currently serves as Project Manager and Facilities Operations at the City of New Westminster since April 2021, having previously held the position of Facilities Management Coordinator. Prior experience includes nearly nine years at Simon Fraser University as Maintenance Coordinator, and roles at SEI Industries Ltd. and DNA Data Networking and Assemblies Ltd. as Production Scheduler and ISO Quality Control Coordinator, along with experience as an Automation Control Engineer in China for a decade. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Central South University and professional courses in production inventory control, scheduling, planning, supply chain management, and operations management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
