Blair Fryer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications and economic development. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Communications and Economic Development for the City of New Westminster since January 2008, Blair previously held the position of Senior Manager at Iris Communications from 2003 to 2008 and was a Consultant and Owner at Blinc! Communications from 1998 to 2003. Earlier career roles include Ministerial Assistant for the Government of British Columbia from 1995 to 1998 and Executive Assistant to a Member of Parliament at Parliament of Canada from 1992 to 1995. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Communications and Political Science from Carleton University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Victoria.
