Currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources for the City of New Westminster since October 2017, Eva Y. has also held the positions of Acting Director of Human Resources & Information Technology and Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to this role, Eva Y. worked at BC Housing as a Recruitment Specialist and at the Justice Institute of British Columbia as Program Manager and Coordinator/Curriculum Developer. Eva Y.'s career began at the BC Provincial Government as a Human Resources Advisor. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Simon Fraser University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Victoria.
