Jennifer Miller is an experienced public engagement professional with a progressive career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Manager of Public Engagement for the City of New Westminster since January 2020, Jennifer previously held the position of Engagement and Communications Director at Delaney and Associates Inc. from July 2015 to December 2019. Prior experience includes roles as District Coordinator and ESL teacher at EPIK (English Program in Korea) from August 2012 to February 2015, and a series of editorial positions, including Editor for Whistler Question Newspaper and Whistler the Magazine, along with reporting for the Vancouver Sun. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Journalism and English from Carleton University, complemented by specialized training in effective public participation and charrette systems.
