Kwaku Agyare-Manu, P.Eng, PMP, MBA, currently serves as the Deputy Director of Engineering Services at the City of New Westminster, providing leadership and strategic direction in areas such as Capital Planning, Asset Management, and Climate Resiliency. Prior to this role, Kwaku held the position of Senior Manager of Environmental Services at the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, overseeing water treatment and wastewater branches. Experience includes roles at the City of Vancouver and i @ Consulting, focusing on asset management strategies, as well as project management at Delta Built Environment Consultants with a track record in diverse international projects. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Cape Town and multiple degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Pretoria, complemented by a project management extension certificate from Mount Royal University.
