Ruby Campbell

Ruby Campbell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fundraising, community engagement, and government relations. Currently serving as a City Councillor for the City of New Westminster since November 2022, Ruby also holds the position of Planned Giving Officer at The Arts Club Theatre Company. As Principal at Ruby Group Fundraising & Event Specialists since 2008, Ruby has worked with a diverse range of clients, including various community organizations and educational institutions. Prior roles include Manager of Charitable Partnerships at North Shore Community Resources Society, Director of Advancement at Simon Fraser University, and multiple positions within the City of New Westminster, where Ruby focused on intergovernmental and community partnerships. Ruby's background in fundraising began with roles such as Director of Major Gifts and Planned Giving at the Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation and Fundraising Manager at the BC Lung Association. Ruby holds a Marketing Management degree from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, a Leadership Certificate from Leadership Vancouver, and a degree in Not for Profit Management from Vancouver Community College.
