Devan Hardin

Devan Hardin, MPA, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the City of Newark, Delaware, a position held since March 2016, where responsibilities include facilitating benefit administration for all city employees and creating annual HR performance reports. Prior experience includes roles such as Assistant Manager and Parks Director at Hatfield Township, overseeing administrative staff from September 2010 to February 2015, and Open Space Program Coordinator for Montgomery County, PA, from January 2008 to September 2010, assisting municipalities with open space grants. Devan began the career as an Administrative Assistant at the Lehigh Valley Planning Commission from May 2005 to January 2008.
