Dwendolyn Creecy

Dwendolyn Creecy is an experienced professional currently serving as the Councilwoman for District 4 in Newark, Delaware, since April 2021. Dwendolyn also holds the position of Director of Dental Education at Everest Institute, overseeing various educational management and counseling responsibilities, while concurrently teaching Medical and Dental Assisting. Additionally, Dwendolyn serves as a Dental Assisting Instructor for Kaplan and works as an Adjunct Allied Health Instructor at Delaware Technical Community College. As the CEO of Lmae, a floral arrangement and wedding coordination business co-owned with Gloria Oneal, Dwendolyn demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Previous roles include District Executive for the Boy Scouts of America and various positions in dental education and consulting. Dwendolyn's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Wilmington University, a Bachelor’s in Liberal Arts/Pre-Med Studies from Temple University, and an Associate’s degree in English from Philadelphia Community College.
