Willard F Hurd

Willard F Hurd, AIA, is an accomplished architect and principal at footprint architecture & design pa since November 2009, specializing in effective and sustainable architectural solutions. Concurrently, Willard serves as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Newark, Delaware, and is a board member at Kendal~Crosslands Communities. Willard has also contributed as a set designer for Wilmington Friends School since January 2009, collaborating with the Performing Arts department. Previous experience includes serving as Marketing Director for CoWo Newark, founder of The Mid-Atlantic Design Exchange, and as an architectural designer at Bernardon Haber Holloway Architects and Moeckel Carbonell Associates. Educational qualifications include a B. Arch in Architecture from Drexel University and a BS in Systems Engineering from Boston University.
