Sam Adjangba

Sam Adjangba is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy consulting, real estate development, and mortgage advising. Currently serving as a Utility Consultant at Advisors Energy Group, LLC since 2007, Sam focuses on reducing carbon footprints and maximizing energy savings for commercial and industrial facilities. Concurrently, as a Real Estate Developer and Mortgage Advisor with Sterling Funding, Inc., Sam originates mortgages and builds homes in Newark, NJ. In addition to these roles, Sam is active as the $1 Home NACA Liaison for the City of Newark and serves as Vice Chairman of the Newark African Commission. Sam's earlier career includes various consulting roles across multiple energy companies, alongside a solid educational background with multiple degrees in business and management.
