Agnieszka Hollingsworth

Agnieszka Hollingsworth, PMP, currently serves as Executive Operations Manager at the City of Newport News since June 2024. Prior experience includes roles at ITA International from July 2019 to June 2024, where responsibilities encompassed Chief of Staff and Director of Executive Operations, supporting the CEO and CGO by optimizing their time for strategic initiatives. Agnieszka also worked as an Executive Assistant at ITA, managing access to the CEO's office. Previous positions include Executive Assistant/Administrative Coordinator II at York-Poquoson Social Services, and Firefighter at the Hampton Fire Department. Agnieszka's career began in the US Navy, serving as a Signalman/Boatswain's Mate from December 2002 to August 2009. Agnieszka holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Husson University, obtained between 2009 and 2012.
