Craig Galant

Craig Galant has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Director of Engineering for the City of Newport News since April 2016, along with previous roles as Administrator of Engineering Projects and Assistant Director of Engineering. Prior to this, Craig held the position of Director of Architecture & Engineering at Burgess & Niple, Inc. from January 2010 to March 2016 and served at the same firm from June 1987 to February 2010 as the Structural Section Director and Structural Engineer. Craig Galant earned a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, having previously studied at Bowling Green State University.
